Hanoi is one busy, chaotic place! But very cool. Our hotel is in the Old Quarter, a tangle of streets dating from the middle ages. Shops, motorbikes, bikes, people and food stall all share the narrow streets.This morning we took some time to take our bearings, walked around the lake, saw some pagodas and figured out
the ATM thing.

Hope Garin gets a shot at riding a motorcycle in Vietnam. I missed my shot in Japan....guess I'll have to make a return trip.
