Finally, we're in Rome! We were all sleep deprived and hungry when we arrived, so after meeting up with Steve and Beth and getting acquainted with our home for the next four nights, we set off in search of pizza.After some roaming around Rome we finally found our target--Gusto!--a restaurant across from the Augustus Ceasar grave. After eating our fill we headed home and crashed hard.
Today we did the Ceasar Shuffle--hitting the Colouseum, the Forum and Palantine Hill.
Right now, we're having some chianti and resting up before heading out for an evening stroll, gelato and more food!
