Well, two more days and Anna and Courtney are still on the hunt for a good pair of walking shoes. We are traveling lighter on this trip due to bag restrictions and charges on Europe airlines in country and because we really just don't need that much. Here is the basic you will find in each Schrieve bag:
3 shirts
2 pair of pants
1 pair of shorts
Swimsuit (for the Budapest bathhouses and Italian beach)
1-2 pair of shoes (including Keens and Clarks)
1 jacket or sweaters
Underwear/socks
1 dress or skirt per female
Other extras include toiletry bag, travel books, reading books to share, our new cute little baby laptop and cameras and I-pods.
The great thing for Hal and Court is that they wear the same size now so they basically have two wardrobes each. We are staying in apartments which hopefully have washer/dryer services but if not we've used foreign laundries (or sinks) before. Looking forward to just being together and visiting the "old country."
